Newham District Foodbank is a Trussell food bank distributing food in three locations – East Ham, Custom House and North Woolwich. Ascension Community Trust is the lead partner of Newham District Foodbank, with our partners Bonny Downs Community Association and St. John’s Community Centre. We will be posting important information from across the three locations, sharing Trussell campaigns, and showing appreciation for our community of volunteers and donors.

The more local people we can reach, the closer we get to creating a future without the need for food banks. If you can, please share our pages and posts in your community – let’s end hunger in Newham together!

Tesco Winter Food Collection 2025

From Thursday 27^th to Saturday 29^th November, we will be collecting for Newham District Foodbank at Tesco Gallions Reach.
