Closure Notice and Summer Activities for all the Family!

Closure Notice
We have had a great term of projects at Ascension, but now, for most of our projects, it's now time for our Summer reset period. We hope everyone has enjoyed attending our sessions, and we shall see you back in September!
For information about which projects are closed, and which remain open, please visit the What's On? section of our website!
Newham District Foodbank is OPEN AS USUAL, except for closure on the 21st August. For information on our other distribution centres (Bonny Downs and St. John's) please visit the foodbank website.

Children's Sports Camps - 11th-29th August
Starting next week, we have 3 weeks of sports activities for children, Monday to Friday!
In weeks 1 and 3, we have Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu (ages 7-13), taught by Grappling with Life CIC
And in the 2nd week, we have our annual Ascension Football Academy summer school (ages 6-12).

Dance Showcase and Workshop - 30th August

Our Emotion in Motion dance group are having their next showcase on Saturday the 30th August, 3-6pm!
This month it is themed around Iran - come and join us at the centre to watch the performance, have a go at some Persian dance, and enjoy some food. We really hope to see you there!
