Warehouse assistant

Acting as the link between food donations coming in and reaching those in crisis, you’ll support the smooth running of your local food bank. You’ll be part of a team sorting and packing food and additional items in the warehouse. You’ll be organised and have an eye for detail; this includes checking, weighing and recording stock and sorting food by date and type. This is a physical role as you’ll be on your feet a lot and you must be comfortable with some medium lifting and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.
